Thomas Michael “Mike” Bourland, 78, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Madisonville Health and Rehab in Madisonville.
He was born on April 19, 1948, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Shirley Jeanette Blue Bourland and Fred Thomas Bourland. He enjoyed fishing and playing pool. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. Mike was a member of Anton Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Daniel “Danny” McGregor.
He leaves behind three sons, Michael (Linda) Bourland, Jonathan Johnson, and Bradley McGregor, all of Madisonville; four bonus children, Stephanie Beshears, Donovan Beshears, Michael McGregor, and Joey McGregor; brother, Ronnie (Barb) Bourland; sisters, Dorothy (Charlie) Stewart, Jeanette (David) Cotton, and Teresa Lowrey; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and his beloved dog, Minnie. He also leaves behind his caregiver, Nancy Johnson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
