Jerry Allen Skaggs, Jr., 60, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
He was born on January 6, 1966, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Brenda Sue Curneal Crowley and Jerry Skaggs. He enjoyed fishing. His greatest joy was spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Jerry was of the Christian faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his great-grandson, August Skaggs.
His survivors include his loving wife of twelve years, Evelyn “Kitty” Ipock Skaggs; son, Josh Skaggs, daughter, Amanda Dame; brothers, Jessie (Doris) Skaggs, Roger Skaggs, and Travis Faughender; sister, Debbie Kirkwood; and his stepchildren and step-grandchildren, Candice Belt, Misty and Tim LaRose, Bradley and Macey Vannoy, Anthony and Becky Stone, Clarence Stone, Kasey Vannoy, Greyson Skaggs, Ziggy Davis, Austin Vannoy, Zaydon Dykes, and Lindsey Dykes; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
