Mary Rachelle Mills Stewart, 44, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at her home.
She was born on February 10, 1982, in Evansville, IN, to the late Mary Margaret Posey and Timothy Lee Mills. She enjoyed gardening and cooking. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Mary was of the Christian faith.
Her survivors include her daughter, September Stewart of Tiptonville, TN; sons, Isaiah Stewart of Louisville, KY, and Caden Stewart of Madisonville; brothers, Jacob Mills and James Posey, both of Madisonville; sisters, Ashley Mills and Starla Kuper, both of Evansville, IN; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Alan Menser officiating. Burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Isaiah Stewart, Caden Stewart, Mike Johnson, Sr., Mike Johnson, Jr., James Posey, and Levi Mills.
