Debra Renfrow, 70, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Friday, September 11, 2026, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.
She was born December 31, 1955, in Madisonville to the late Henry Wyatt Brooks, Jr. and Mable Louise Dame Brooks.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Howell, and brother, Timothy Brooks. Debra worked at Carhartt as a security guard. She was an avid fan of the UK Wildcats, Survivor, and hummingbirds. She never met a stranger and loved to laugh.
She was of the Christian faith and was a member of First Assembly Church of Madisonville.
She is survived by her daughters, Cindy Babcock and Julie Marie (Cornelius “Fred”) Mackey; brother, Robert Brooks; grandchildren, Cameron Hill, Kriston Daniels, Adriana McNary, Devon Babcock, Briana McNary, and Kelton McNary; along with her great-grandson, Logan Daniels.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Manning and Bro. Jeff Todd officiating.
Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Fred Mackey, CJ Walker, Cameron Hill, and Kelton McNary.
