Michael LeAllen Barnes, 68, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Monday, August 31, 2026 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY.
He was born on June 15,1958 in Hopkinsville to the late Charles and Janice Barnes.
Michael was of the Baptist Faith. He had worked as a general laborer. He enjoyed playing Bingo.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Hooper
Michael is survived by his sister, Victoria Hartline of Nebo, KY; his brother, Charles “Chuck” DeWayne Barnes of Rabbit Ridge, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions for Michael’s funeral expenses may be made to Reid-Walters Funeral Home.
