Terisa Ann DeMoss Fields, 68, of Dawson Springs, KY, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY.
She was born on July 6, 1958, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Barbara Barnett DeMoss and William DeMoss. She was employed as a housekeeper for Holiday Inn Express. She enjoyed cooking. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and her dog. Terisa was a member of Dunn Missionary Baptist Church in Dawson Springs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Pam Stanley.
Her survivors include her husband of forty-eight years, Ronnie Fields of Dawson Springs; son, Jeffery (Madonna) Fields of Temecula, CA; sister, Karen Hanor of Nebo, KY; brother, Frankie Stanley of Mortons Gap, KY; grandchildren, Alahna Marquez, Amanda Marquez, and Jeanna Fields; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Dunn Missionary Baptist Church, 4855 Charleston Road, Dawson Springs, KY, with Pastor Jeremy Jessup officiating. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
