As he was cuffed while in the squad car on South Harrig, Durham slipped one of his hands free so he could place a baggie of meth inside a seat cushion. Durham was then slapped with another charge of trafficking meth.

The court ruled that the Department of Justice has no legal basis to demand highly sensitive personal information. D-O-J officials began asking states for voter information last year as a way to ensure election integrity.
