Adelia L. Guy, 66

Adelia L. Guy, 66, of Madisonville, KY passed away Sunday, June 21, 2026, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Ms. Guy was born May 5, 1960, in Oakland, CA to the late Elmus Guy and Barbara Cocannouer. Adelia worked as a waitress at the Court Square Sandwich Shop and was a member of Salem Baptist Church in Mortons Gap. She is survived by her daughters, Tina Alshire of Madisonville and Leslee Fields of Louisville; son, Robert Hook of Madisonville; step-mother, Jerlyn Guy; sister, Suzanne Guy, brother, Wade Guy, and grandchildren, Chadrick, Dillon, Devon, and Mareyah Alshire. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday June 26, 2026, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. Visitation will be 12:00 P.M. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
