Mrs. Patricia M. Brantley,73, of Providence, KY passed away on Friday June 5, 2026, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY.

Mrs. Brantley was born in Hopkins County, KY on March 9, 1953, the daughter of the late Mr. Herbert Nesmith and Mrs. Irene Springfield Nesmith. She was preceded in death by her sister Betty White.

Mrs. Brantley enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. She graduated from West Hopkins High School, she worked at Browns Rest Home for many years, she later worked at Tyson Foods.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Patrick of Providence, KY, a niece, and a nephew.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM  on Thursday June 11, 2026, in the chapel at Lewis Funeral Home LLC with Bro. Billy Parrish officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Blackford, KY.

Visitation will be held from 11:00Am until the service hour on Thursday June 11, 2026, at Lewis Funeral Home LLC.
