Obituary
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Harold Nathan Bryant, Jr.; brothers, John Bryant and Doug Bryant; and his sisters, Elizabeth “Liz” Patterson and Pauline “Polly” Naos.
His survivors include his wife of sixty years, Gayle Givens Bryant; son, Tracey Bryant of Madisonville; daughters, Donna (Brad) Porter of Madisonville and Terri (Brian) Turner of Nortonville, KY; brother, Ronnie Bryant of Madisonville; sisters, Vicky Givens of Madisonville and Frieda (RV) Mitchell of Earlington, KY; grandchildren, Nathan (Hannah) Porter, Rebecca (Dustin) Scarbrough, Matt Turner, James Turner, and Ashley Turner; great-grandchildren, Mila, Maverick, Madilyn, Marlee, and Micah; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2026, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Bro. Brian Turner officiating. Burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Nathan Porter, Matt Turner, James Turner, Dustin Scarbrough, Dave Givens, and Chris Hale. The honorary pallbearers are Rebecca Scarbrough, Ashley Turner, and Hannah Porter.
