Obituary

Eula Mae Osborn Lantrip, 88, of Nebo, KY, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at her home.She was born in Nebo, KY, to the late Artie May Simms Osborn and Curtis H. Osborn. She worked as an inspector for Goodyear for fifteen years and retired from Moen in Providence following twenty years of service. She enjoyed sewing and shopping. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and her family. Eula was a member of First Church of God in Madisonville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy James Lantrip; granddaughter, Whitney Nicole Starr; brother, Curtis Osborn; and sister-in-law, Betty Osborn.

Her survivors include her son, Scott (Jessica Hughes) Lantrip of Leitchfield, KY; daughters, Vicky (Sue Buntin) Lantrip of Bowling Green, KY, Treasa (Steve) Starr and Tammy (Clint) Skeen, both of Madisonville; brothers, Paul Osborn of Bowling Green, KY, and Bobby Osborn of Nebo, KY; grandchildren, Derrick (Tori) Epley, Jessica (Josh) Neal, Dakota (Emiley) Skeen, and Alexis Skeen; great-grandchildren, Addison Skeen, Sloane Skeen, Sila Neal, Oaks Neal, Liam Epley, Graham Epley, Renn Abercrombie, and River Abercrombie; her beloved niece, Amanda Sexton; several nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Carolyn Garrett.

A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Oakley Home Cemetery in Manitou, KY, with Pastor Robert White officiating. Harris Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers are Steve Starr, Clint Skeen, Scott Lantrip, Dakota Skeen, Josh Neal, and Paul Osborn. The honorary pallbearer is Derrick Epley.
