Host Leesa Boone welcomes Kris-Ann of Daybreak Greenhouses to share what’s new for spring, including expanded fruit plants (blueberries, blackberries, hardy kiwi) and tips for successfully growing blueberries with the right soil, drainage, and fertilizing. Kris-Ann highlights new houseplants and giftable planters, plus a large selection of hanging baskets, fuchsias, herbs, tomatoes, and unique trellis geraniums, along with custom-made planters for Mother’s Day and other occasions. She also introduces an on-site farm stand to support flexible hours while still offering plants, summer produce, and chicken and duck eggs. The show previews upcoming greenhouse events with food trucks, invites vendors to set up for free, and promotes the new “Tasty Thursday” recipe-sharing series on Daybreak Greenhouses’ Facebook page.
