Sidney “Sid” Offutt Obituary
Sidney “Sid” Wayne Offutt, 62, of Mortons Gap, KY passed away on April 12, 2026 at his home.
He was born on December 6, 1963 in Madisonville, KY to the late Albert “Bud” Offutt and Alice Offutt of Mortons Gap, KY.
Sid was a member of Covenant Confirmers in Springfield, TN. He loved his family, and he loved his Harley Davidson.
He had worked as a machinist for White Hydraulics in Hopkinsville, KY.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Jean Reynolds Offutt, and sister-in-law, Cathie Offutt.
Sid is survived by his mother, Alice Offutt of Mortons Gap, KY; one daughter, Katie Fuller and her husband, Jared, of Madisonville, KY; his fiancé, Gayla Sorrels of Madisonville, KY; his two brothers, Troy Offutt of Broken Arrow, OK and Daniel Offutt and his wife Michelle of Madisonville, KY; and three nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 from 10:00AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 1:00PM at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY with Bro. Brad Payne officiating.
