Obituary
He was born on June 25, 1957, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Margaret Joyce Gentry Todd and James Turner Todd. He was formerly employed as a salesman for Harrah’s Hose and Hydraulics. He enjoyed watching wrestling and Gunsmoke. He loved cars and riding his golf cart, motorcycles, and four wheelers. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. A.J. was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Gary Anthony Todd II; and his sister, Brenda Todd Millard.
His survivors include his brother, Jimmy (Jennifer) Allen Todd of Madisonville; sister, Sherri Denise Todd of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Bro. Ruby Rickard officiating. Burial to follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Stephen Chambers, Curtis Parker, Aaron Todd, Amanda Chambers, Roger Petitt, and Ashley Todd. Honorary pallbearers are Lance Millard, Joshua Millard, and Jimmy Todd.
