Obituary
He was born on September 25, 1934, in Slaughters, KY, to the late Elizabeth Pearl Whitsell Frasier and Firdie Frasier. He was a retired self-employed farmer. He was a member of Methodist Men. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and woodworking. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. Frank was a member of Slaughters Community Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jessie Frasier, Charles Frasier, Leamon Frasier, Bill Frasier, and Joe Frasier; sisters, Margaret Kalinoski, Berthie Puckett, and Maxine Xanos; and his great-grandson, Skylar Atherton.
His survivors include his wife of seventy years, Patricia “Patsy” Lutz of Slaughters; daughters, Rhonda (Larry) Stidam of Jeffersonville, IN, and Donna (Roy) Atherton of Madisonville, KY; son, Donald Frasier of Slaughters; grandchildren, Chris Haley, Jason Haley, David Atherton, Stephen Atherton, Billy Atherton, Colby Frasier, Larry Stidam, Jr. Christy Chandler, and Brittany Perry; several great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 28, 2025, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Harris officiating. Burial to follow at Slaughters Cemetery in Slaughters, KY.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the funeral hour on Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
