Obituary
He was born on August 18, 1960, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Dorothy Jean Brown Wicks. He was formerly employed as a cook for Burger King. He enjoyed watching tv. Billy was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Phillip Wicks; brothers, Johnny Wicks, Lewis Ray Wicks, and Dennis Wicks; and sisters, Donna Cummings and Helen Laura “Laura Bell” Caudle.
His survivors include wife, Rebecca Wicks of Madisonville; stepson, Ryan Garner of Murray, KY; and brother, James Wicks of Madisonville.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
