Thomas Brent Bandy, 57

Thomas Brent Bandy, 57, of Madisonville, KY passed away Friday, August 15, 2025, at his residence in Madisonville. He was born on June 27, 1968, to Myrtle Mundy Engle and the late Thomas Benton Bandy. Thomas worked at Land O’ Frost and was a US Navy veteran. He loved UK basketball and binge watching TV. He had a big love for 80’s music and his dog, Cooper. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Patterson Bandy; daughters, Brittany (Shane) Stamm of Pittsburgh, PA and Kristen (Noah) Clickner of Thompson Station, TN; son, Tyler Bandy of Philadelphia, PA; mother and step-father, Myrtle and Jerry Engle; four grandchildren, James Clickner, Ryan Clickner, Morgan Stamm, and Jack Stamm; and sister, Angie (Jim) Nell of Freemont, TN; stepson, Jacob Potenza of Madisonville; and step-daughters Jensen Potenza of Crestwood, KY, and Jordan Potenza of Madisonville. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on August 20, 2025, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home in Madisonville with Pastor Bobby Todd officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Greenville, KY. Visitation will be from noon until the service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
