Cindy Lee Vaughn, 60, of Big Clifty, KY, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at Norton Hospital in Louisville. She was born October 13, 1964, in Wayne, MI, to the late Barbara Guinn Gardener.
Cindy loved her dogs, doing crafts when she was able, watching TV, decorating her Christmas tree, sitting outside, riding in the car, but most of all, she loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Steve Vaughn of Big Clifty, KY; one daughter, Nicole Vaughn of Big Clifty; one son, Christopher (Sarah) Vaughn of Clarksville, IN; her very special sister-in-law, Sarah Foremen of Louisville, KY; and two grandchildren, Steven Vaughn and Alexandria Vaughn.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, June 30, 202,5, at Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Ralph Alexander officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Valley Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the service time on Monday at the church.
