Brenda Vickory Moore, 72, of Providence, KY, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Madisonville Health and Rehab.
She was born on April 25, 1952, in Memphis, TN, to the late Fay E. Crews Bailey and Carl Vickory. She was formerly employed by The Pantry and Wicks Well Grocery. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, fishing, and watching murder mystery series. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Brenda attended Integrity Ministries in Providence.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Wayne Bailey; son, Jimmy Abbott; infant daughter, Katie Vickory; and her brother, Steven Vickory.
Survivors include her husband of twenty-four years, Isaac H. Moore of Providence; twin sons, Lucin Moore and Wylee Moore, both of Providence; daughters, LaDonna (Derek) Upton of Madisonville, KY, and Chassity (Will) Hancock of Madisonville; stepson, Travis Moore of Providence; stepdaughter, Nikeshia (Chris) Furgerson; sister, Janice (Robert) Mangun of Madisonville; brothers, Tim (Pearl) Vickory of Earlington, KY, and Ronnie (Judy) Vickory of Madisonville; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Donna and Eddie Teague of Providence; seventeen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025, at Christian Worship Center in Providence, KY with Pastor Ronnie Robert officiating. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
