Carolyn Clark Scott, 92, of Madisonville, KY passed away Sunday February 2, 2025, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.
Carolyn was born January 25, 1933, in Glencoe, AL, to the late Sam Willis Clark and Carrie Tidwell Clark. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack M. Scott Sr.
Carolyn was an Avon Rep for over 30 years, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She attended Madisonville First Baptist Church, loved reading, and animals.
She is survived by her son, Jack M Scott Jr of Madisonville, KY; two grandchildren, Shelly N. Simms of White Plains, KY and Karey L. Scott of Earlington, KY along with five great grandchildren.
Private memorial service will be held at a later date.
