Larry Love Obituary
Larry Noble Love, 77 of Dawson Springs passed away Monday, August 18, 2025, at Ascension Saint Thomas West in Nashville. Born April 13, 1948, to the late Noble Gordon Love and the late Ola Mae (Messamore) Love Clark. He was a Christian man and a member of Walnut Grove Family Worship Center. Larry was musically talented at guitar and singing in a family Christian group. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most of all Larry was an amazing dad and granddad!
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, Hertha Marie (Blanton) Love; sons, Thomas Orange and John Love; sister, Tommie Dunning; brothers, Jerry Eison and Hilton Eison; and son-in-law, Kevin Gamblin.
Survived by his children, Ronnie (Linda) Orange of Depot, Teresa (Judy) Fields of Dawson Springs and Vicki Gamblin of Dawson Springs; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and expecting his first great-great-grandchild.
Service will be held Saturday at noon at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Bro. Jackie Mathis officiating. Burial to follow at Dunn Cemetery in Dawson Springs. Visitation will begin at 10:00am until service time. Pallbearers will be Ricky Camplin, Caleb Gorman, Mark McGregor, Bo McGregor, Lee Black and Kenneth Eison. Honorary Pallbearer is Ronnie Orange.
