Obituary
He was born on December 3, 1973, in Hayden, Az, to the late Mary Chacon Benitez. He was a tactical gear and car enthusiast and truly enjoyed helping others. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. Brian attended Abundance Grace Fellowship Church in Madisonville.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his bonus dad, Michael Wagner; and his brother, Michael Medeiros.
His survivors include his wife of twelve years, Jackie Ott Fattore; bonus mom, Paula Wagner; daughters, Allison Richey of Madisonville, Clarissa Everett of Surprise, AZ, Karina Casillas and MacKenzie Richey, both of Madisonville; son, Conner Fattore of Surprise, AZ; bonus sons, Jaquia Fluellen of Earlington, KY, Jeff Fluellen of New York, and Chris Silverio of Madisonville; brothers, Michael Wagner, Jr. Odessa, TX, and Jamie Greenfield of Clearwater, FL; grandchildren, Harley Foe, Azai Casillas, and Lily Fluellen; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
