Darcey Ann Miller, 65, of Madisonville, KY, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 21, 2025, surrounded by her family at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY.
She was born on September 30, 1959, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Betty Jean Adams Miller and Franklin Dee Miller. She was a CNA at Western Kentucky Veterans Center and also a private sitter for families. Darcey was a dedicated caregiver for her entire life. She enjoyed the outdoors and going to the beach. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was an active member of Second Baptist Church in Madisonville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her pet companion, Sir Theodore Raha Miller.
Survivors include her daughter, Amber Garrett (Jaymz) Parker of Dawson Springs, KY; sisters, Rita Miller of Madisonville, Clara Miller of Madisonville, and Karen Scott, of Atlantic Beach, NC; brothers, Richard Miller of Elkhart, IN, and Edwin Miller of Pembroke, KY; grandchildren, Kaylin, Chirsten, and Matthew Stanley; and many nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at New Suthards Cemetery in Earlington, KY, with Rev. Dr. Loletuth Kalz officiating.
