Crystal Lantaff Tyson, 66, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.
She was born on January 10, 1959, in Madisonville to the late Ramona D. Lantaff and James F. Lantaff. Crystal was formerly employed with Robards Drug Store, Madisonville Country Club, The Loft and at GNC. She was of the Christian faith. Crystal enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and her precious dog Bella.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mona Gail Hardison and Teresa Diann Lantaff.
Survivors include her son, Brad (Merideth) Tyson of Hopkinsville, KY; sister, Shannon (Jeff) Vidal of Cadiz, KY; grandchildren, Braedyn (Ansley) Tyson of Paducah, KY, Hunter (Dane) McCuiston of Scottsville, KY and Maddi (Mason) Donaldson of Madisonville; great grandchildren, Dani and Drew McCuiston; fiancé, Shawn Creamer of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Dr. Michael Knight officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Madisonville.
A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Tuesday at the funeral home.
The pallbearers are Brad Tyson, Braedyn Tyson, Shawn Creamer, Jeff Vidal, Logan Dukes and David Tyson.
