Natalie Ann Smith Mercer, 64, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.
She was born on December 21, 1959, in Hilo, HI, to the late Arleta Huston Smith and Calvin Smith. She enjoyed quilting, baking, arts and crafts, and genealogy. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John C. Smith.
Survivors include her son, Michael (Tracey) Thomas Fowler, Jr. of Hanson, KY; grandsons, Ethan Fowler and Brandon Fowler, both of Hanson; and her best friend and caregiver, Marsha Thompson of Nebo, KY.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2024, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Eddie Fleming officiating and Marsha Thompson assisting. Burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the funeral home.
