Norman W. Jarvis, 70, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at his home.
He was born on May 16, 1954, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Betty Jo Baldwin Jarvis and T.J. Jarvis. He was formerly employed with the sanitation department for the City of Madisonville. He was a member of the Show and Go Car Club of Madisonville and was an avid UK basketball fan. He loved eating at Ferrell’s and the South Main Diner.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Jarvis.
Survivors include his son, Tim (Margaret) Jarvis of Nortonville, KY; sister, Judy (Kenny) Campbell of Madisonville; brother, Roger (Judy) Jarvis of Hanson; sister-in-law, Joanie Jarvis of Madisonville; granddaughter, Kaylynn Jarvis; grandson, Timothy Jarvis; niece and dedicated caregiver, Shanna Campbell of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Burial will be held at a later date at Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington, KY. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
