Timothy A. Hill Sr., age 66, of Providence, KY, peacefully passed away on October 31, 2026, at his residence, surrounded by loved ones.
Born on July 18, 1960, in Evansville, IN, to the late Delmar R. Hill and Frona Turpin Hill. He was also preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.
Mr. Hill was a factory worker who enjoyed working in his shop, fishing, and most of all spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Birgit Gaar Hill; a daughter, Tammy (Edward) Forsten of Providence; two sons, Timmy (Ashly) Hill Jr. of Providence, and Chris Hill of Madisonville, KY; eight grandchildren, Breana, Jacob, Payton, Leeland, Nolan, Maddie, Sean, and Taylor; and 2 great-grandchildren, Sutton and Colsen.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home – Providence Chapel, with Bro. LeFaine Deaver officiating.
Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Providence.
Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Timmy Hill, Chris Hill, Jacob Hill, Payton Forsten, Leeland Forsten, and Eddie Forsten.
