Carla Ann Cavanaugh,68, of Barnsley, KY passed away on Monday October 26,2026 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY.
She was born on April 4, 1958 in Madisonville, KY to the late Carl R. and Sallie Ruth Stearman.
Carla was of the Baptist faith and had worked in the deli at Walmart. She enjoyed crocheting and quilting.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her half-sister, Mary Sisk.
Carla is survived by her husband, Tim Cavanaugh of Barnsley, KY; her two children, Janet (Jesse) Crask of Barnsley, KY and Nora (Grant Young) Cavanaugh; two sisters, Martha Stearman-Rigdon of Barnsley, KY and Bet Alexander of Madisonville, KY; three grandchildren, Marissa (Blake) Glenn, Stryker Morgan, and Declan Morgan; one great grandchild, Lainey Glenn.
Friends may visit on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 10:00am until 12:00pm at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY.
Funeral service and burial will be private.
Pallbearers will be Jesse Crask, Blake Glenn, Stryker Morgan, Declan Morgan, Grant Young, and Kevin Creekmur.
