Patricia Karen Stephens, 73 of Madisonville passed away Sunday, October 4, 2026, at her home.
She enjoyed a simple quiet life. Pat missed spending time with and dancing with her late companion, Helen Ipock. She found comfort in helping to care for her stepdaughter and watching her grow into an adult.
She is survived by daughters, Haleigh Ipock, Kareena Stephens and Kandy Stephens.
Bandy Funeral Home is taking care of her final arrangements.
