Jeffrey Lee “Jeff” Moore, 60, of Manitou, KY, passed away on Wednesday August 26, 2026, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.
He was born on November 18, 1965, in Hopkins County, to Johnny Moore and the late Alma Baucum Travis.
He is also preceded in death by two grandchildren, A.J. and Jakobie.
Jeff worked as a truck driver for Baize and Sons. He loved spending time with his family, especially joking and cutting up. He loved their trips to the Smokey Mountains and getting together for Thanksgiving.
Jeff was a big NASCAR fan and was always cheering up Jeff Gordon. In recent years, he spent time playing video games on his PS5, especially Battlefield.
He is survived by his wife of over 20 years, Susie Burton Moore of Manitou; daughter, Laura Robertson of Nortonville; sons, Nathan and wife, Kellsie, Robertson of Nortonville and Andrew Robertson of Madisonville; three brothers, Johnny Moore, Scotty Moore, and Eric Moore; and seven grandchildren, Aiden, Ariel, Alexis, Beatrice, Hayley, Cora, and Isabella.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday August 29, 2026 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home – Madisonville Chapel. Burial will take place at a later date.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until the service time Saturday at the funeral home.
