Amanda Jane Jones, 49, of Mortons Gap, KY passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY.
She was born on November 7, 1976 in Henderson, KY to Thomas Morgan and the late Edna Jane Dalton Morgan.
Amanda was a member of The River in Nortonville, KY. She was a homemaker. She loved to read and loved animals.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Edna Jane Dalton Morgan.
Amanda is survived by her husband Don Jones of Mortons Gap, KY; her father, Thomas Morgan of Mortons Gap, KY; her son, Jacob Jones of Mortons Gap, KY; and her brother Brent Morgan of Clay, KY.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 1:00PM at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY with Rev. Howard Jones officiating and burial to follow at Salem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Mortons Gap, KY.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 from 11:00AM until service time at 1:00PM at the funeral home.
