Obituary
She was born on January 2, 1950, in Wilsonville, AL, to the late Mary Elizabeth Rayfield Bentley and Arthur Leo Bentley. She was a teacher for the Christian Appalachian Project and was also a teacher for a Montessori Pre-school. She loved shopping and traveling, especially the trips that she took with her daughter and granddaughters to several beautiful places. Sue was an active member of First Baptist Church in Madisonville where she loved her work with the Mission Group and the Food Ministry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Keith; and her brother, Amos Arthur Bentley.
Her survivors include her son, Brian (Amanda) Keith of Madisonville; daughter, Lisa (Tim) Wooten of Madisonville; and granddaughters, Claire Keith and Lauren Wooten.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Bursztynski officiating. A private burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the funeral home.
