The truck driver who disregarded a closed road sign the other afternoon during the Christmas parade is facing four charges. Upon speaking with the driver, the officer quickly noted the strong smell alcohol. The police report details how that Douglas Blair revved up his engine in his Ford F-150 pickup and not only scared a number of parade spectators, but had the officer moving away for his own safety. The cop said he reached into the cab and placed the gear-shifter into park. The officer says Blair had bloodshot eyes and was extremely uncoordinated. This led to him taking a sobriety test, which he failed.
