The Madisonville police are reporting the arrest of a couple of men. After reviewing closed circuit TV footage supplied by Dunham’s Sports at 401 Madison Square Drive, Markenis Seaborn was arrested at the Whiltshire Apartments on Whiltshire Drive. The store had recorded Seaborn’s license plate number. He was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and meth. Since Seaborn had been seen giving a suspicious person a ride, the officers asked what he knew about Tyler Morgan. In Morgan’s room at the James Madison Inn, the officers located a pair of stolen shoes, and a new Under Armour belt.

It’s not unusual for a cop to spot an individual who is a person of interest in an active investigation. During a traffic stop on Lee Trover Todd Highway, the officer noticed that the temporary tag on Richard Senay’s vehicle was not legible, and that only one of the two license plate lights was working. The officer also noticed that Senay was wearing stolen clothing from a case the night before, and that he had no proof of auto insurance. When Senay would not allow his vehicle to be searched, the k-9 Arkham was called in. He sniffed out suspected meth and synthetic marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a handgun. Central dispatch notified the officer that Senay is a convicted felon. That means Senay should not have been in possession of the gun.
