Sophia King Oakley Dimmick, 87

She was born on October 10, 1937, in Greenville, KY to the late Mary Alice Spicer King and John Thomas King. Sophia was a self employed hair stylist.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Rodger Dimmick; her son, Jeffrey Lambdin, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Ethan and Grayson Lambdin.

Survivors include her daughter, Kendra (Billy) Johnson; brother, Larry King; sister, Judy Donan; grandchildren, Wesley (Rebecca Berth) Lambdin, Jeff (Jennifer) Lambdin, Natasha Shanks and Skyler Johnson; great grandchildren, Dryden Lambdin, Madison Lambdin, Caleb Lambdin, Waylon Shanks and Fallon Reign; and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
